Bet ButlereGaming Review reports that the financially troubled online social betting operator, Bodugi Technology sold its player database to Bet Butler, an online sports betting company licensed in UK.

Recently, Bodugi Technology had received a lot of complaints from its customers who could not make withdrawals from the operator and this saw the company’s iGaming license being suspended by the UK Gambling Commission.

The management of Bodugi Technology announced last week that they have finally made a decision to stop its operations and services of B2C and focus mainly on the B2B products. Michael Wilson, the co-founder and COO of Bodugi Technology spoke with eGR and commented,

we have sold the consumer-facing site customer base to Bet Butler and this deal was conclude after having discussed with a lot of potential buyers.

We are now in the position to notify our customers that player database has been acquired by Bet Butler and will also be responsible for off-setting customer balances.

However, Bet Butler did not disclose the purchase sum of Bodugi player database.
